At Earth & Grain, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. We take pride in offering products that reflect natural imperfections and artisanal detail. As such, every product is unique.

However, if you receive an item in a damaged or incorrect condition, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Our handcrafted products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • The item must be:    
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • Packed in the original box with all tags (if applicable) 
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase  
     
  • Return pickup charges will be covered by Earth & Grain only in cases of damaged or incorrect product.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for most orders due to the time, craft, and uniqueness involved in creating each piece.
  • Refunds may be considered for:    
    • Incorrect product shipped   
    • Missing item from the order   
    • Irrecoverable damage in transit   
     
  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days from acceptance of the return.
  • You may opt for:    
    • A credit note (valid for 12 months)
    • An exchange for another available product 
     
  • Return or refund requests are allowed only once per order.

Please Note:

  • Variations in color, texture, finish, or surface markings are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted pieces.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if the product is found to be used or altered.
